Analía Marsella is a specialist in international and comparative law, fundamental rights, democracy, and sustainable development, as well as a professional linguist, with over 25 years of legal, linguistic, and business experience. She held positions in both the public and private sectors, including intergovernmental organizations and multinational Fortune 500 corporations and taught at prestigious academic institutions, such as Columbia University where she teaches as a Guest Lecturer of International Environmental Law. Analía is experienced in providing creative legal solutions, designing complex diplomatic missions, developing technical proposals and funding requests for public interest projects, launching and managing multi-million dollar projects and business lines, recruiting and training human resources, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, designing and conducting capacity building activities, and in providing prime quality language services.
Currently serving as IESD’s CEO and Director of Rule of Law, Fundamental Rights, and Global Governance, Analía had joined Transcarbon International, Architects of Sustainability, in 2011 as the Advisor on Public Interest initiatives and on the Latin American and the Caribbean region and later undertook the role of General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer.
